Wue is a program which finds a correlation between weather and colour and translates it to a colour hex.
Using specific variables in the weather: temperature, daylight, visibility, humidity, WUE takes this information and breaks it down into HUE, SATURATION, and VALUE which can then be converted into a colour hex and used to pull up a group of images that suits the atmosphere of the weather outdoors.
